Do I need a credit card?

What happens when I add a second unit?

It's created and keeps every record. On Free, one unit sends receipts, reports, notices and messages, and you choose which. Keep every unit active for $9.99 a month plus $3 for each unit after the first.

Can I stop paying?

Yes, any time. You drop to Free: one unit stays active and every record on every unit stays readable and printable.

Is reporting rental history free?

Yes. Submitting a rental-history record at the end of a tenancy is included on every plan, including Free.

How do you make money?

Subscriptions from landlords who keep more than one unit active. We do not sell the records you keep here.
